Jacob // Palm Springs, CA

This is officially the youngest person whom I have ever photographed! At just six days old, Jacob is also the chillest. He slept through the entire session, giving newborns a great reputation everywhere.

I thought that newborn photography was going to be like pulling teeth, with lots of crying (me, not the baby), bossy parents, and hours of painstaking detail and baby moving. Jacob’s parents were both super sweet and calm (obviously where Jacob gets it from), and I now allegedly have a reputation for putting newborn babies to sleep.
